Cathedral Windows

My first attempt at cathedral windows.
Look at those hilarious points!



Now, you should know this is pretty darn awesome for me.
I'm not the best at sewing to begin with.
I'm self taught and lack consistent patience.
What's funny, I do like using my seam ripper
so I get total satisfaction when I REALLY mess up.
I'm making another one of these to have a "matching" set in our bedroom.



Most likely, I'll be covering the points with buttons or embroidered on hexis.
Which do you think would look better?

BTW, I used Kona solids and vintage cottons I've had for years.
Also, I used this VERY thorough tutorial.
She certainly makes it look easy!
