I've given myself a 40 day challenge.
To lose 10-12 lbs in 40 days.
I'm on day 26 and it feels slow going.
Have you been watching the planets at night?
I'm pretty sure this is Venus and a plane, taken with my phone.
Pounds lost: 1. Blah. This brings my total to 4 lbs lost.
Days I felt like I was starving: 4 out of 7.
It's getting easier, my body is adjusting.
I have been a little annoyed with Tyler and his late night snacking...
something I need to get over.
Miles walked/jogged/ran: 17.
I'm pretty happy with that, my goal for the week was 20 miles. I
took one day off for full body rest. I took another day off for a rare migraine.
What really surprises me is the rush of endorphins. I'm hooked.
I never imagined I'd crave jogging.
Man, I can't wait for my boobs to shrink so I can run faster!
My body is definitely changing.
Lunges are getting easier, my legs don't ache anymore. I'm still doing 60-80 a day.
Mu gets so excited when I say the word W-A-L-K.
(I have to spell it or he'll freak out and knock something over.)
I'm also still keeping track over on MyFitnessPal.
