My yearly fitness goal has changed over the course of the last few months.
I just wanted to get outside and let my mind wander while I walked,
jogged, ran, biked and hiked.
More mental fitness than physical.
Now I'd like to actually lose some weight too!
It's not that I eat a lot of junk, I just eat too much.
Black beans, avocados, homemade corn tortillas -
seriously, I could eat that all day long.
As I said HERE, I'm no longer combining all of my goals in one post.
From here on out, Fitness Goals will be a Saturday post.
My dog and I went on a 5.5 mile walk in the wash yesterday.
So why is the title "Fitness Countdown - Day 40"?
You know when there's something special coming up?
Like a reunion, wedding, vacation...
Yup, I'm going on vacation.
My Mom, myself and my daughter are going to Hawaii for a GIRLS TRIP!
We've been talking about this trip for years and it's finally the right time.
I'd really like to lose 10-12 lbs before we go.
Because I want to be done with the weight loss BEFORE we go,
I'm starting this goal a bit early.
We've seen coyotes and javelina here.
